You are being invited to participate in an online study which explores the experiences of CAF Veteran amputees and family members or friends of CAF Veteran amputees on their access and use of resources and services. The purpose of the current study is to engage CAF Veteran amputees and their family members or friends to assess their multidimensional service use and needs in order to identify service gaps and plan for the development and implementation of resources, services, and supports.
