An effectiveness trial for a short-term, CBT-based, cognitive remediation intervention called Goal Management Training (GMT). Participants will be individuals with a primary diagnosis of PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, as assessed by our team) who are also experiencing associated cognitive dysfunction (e.g., poor focus, memory, disorganization). After treatment, we expect to find a reduction in such cognitive dysfunction, as well as a reduction in PTSD symptom severity, and an increase in work readiness.
