common.study.values.description

“Family Health Team High-Intensity Interval Training”

This randomized controlled trial explores the effectiveness of "prescribing" HIIT physical activity guidelines compared to population-based physical activity guidelines for patients with type 2 diabetes. It aims to study the effectiveness of such interventions for improving BMI, blood pressure, HbA1C, and motivation to engage in physical activity.
