The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of consuming Monster EnergyAR original flavor drink on electrocardiographic (ECG) and hemodynamic responses during and after exercise in healthy subjects. The effect of drinking Monster EnergyAR on exercise performance will also be evaluated.
